General Information:
 To commission Janice to photograph your wedding, family portrait or other social function, email or phone her to determine her availability for the date of your event. Please provide her with the anticipated venue location and time of the event, and the number of people involved.
Janice will respond promptly. She will arrange to meet with you, show you samples of her photographic work and discuss details of your planned event. And, provide you with pricing information. For some, if a meeting is not possible due to travel and schedule restrictions, Janice can discuss your plans over the telephone or by email. If she does not have the date available, Janice may be able to provide you with contact information for another photographer that is of high caliber capability and professionalism.
The next step, after you have determined what is appropriate for your special day, is for Janice to prepare and mail a contract detailing the specific services and products that are to be rendered. Upon reviewing, approving and returning the contract with the indicated deposit, the date will be reserved for you. Payment schedules and amounts will be specified on Page 2. of the contract.
A few weeks prior to the event Janice will review scheduling and specific timing of the event day, and any plan changes, with you by phone or email. |
